Refund Policy

At VELYXO, we follow EU regulations that allow customers to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. 

To qualify for a return:

• You must contact us by email at info@velyxo.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging fully intact.

• You must wait for written approval and return instructions from our team before sending anything back.

• A processing and restocking fee of €7.90 will be deducted from your refund.

Important:

• Return shipping is at your own expense and must include tracking. We do not cover lost return shipments.

• Returns must be sent to our warehouse in Sweden. We do not accept returns sent to suppliers or other addresses.

• Items returned without prior approval, or sent to the wrong address, will not be refunded.

• We do not accept returns on:

  • Hygiene-related products

  • Used items

  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging

Damaged or faulty items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the damaged item

We will investigate and either send a replacement or issue a refund depending on the case.
